Assessments can be a great way to gain new perspective and are most effectively used in combination with coaching.

  • Birkman - measures personality characteristics that influence behaviors, motivations, and perceptions. Provides insights on Interests, Workstyles, Needs, and Stress Behaviors

  • DiSC Assessment - behavior self-assessment which centers on four personality traits: Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Conscientiousness.

  • Energy Leadership - attitudinal assessment designed to create awareness of how your thoughts drive your behavior. This assessment will provide you with the tools you need to determine how you want to show up in the moment and increase your confidence.

  • 360 Feedback - assessment completed by a set of peers, internal customers, direct reports and boss to provide a full circle of feedback.

Birkman

The Birkman Method measures various personality traits to provide insights on how you might interact in a team setting.

  • INTERESTS - discover the source of energy and motivation for your work roles and activities

  • USUAL BEHAVIOR - effective way of approaching work, strengths and most productive style

  • NEEDS - expectations and preferred environments, these are invisible to others

  • STRESS BEHAVIORS - unproductive reactions, negative actions when circumstance don’t go our way



DiSC® Assessment

The DiSC® Assessment is a great way to gain a deeper understanding about your own behavior and the behavior of others. DiSC can be a great tool to improve teamwork, communication, and productivity in the workplace.

DiSC is an acronym that stands for the four main personality profiles described in the DiSC model: (D)ominance, (i)nfluence, (S)teadiness and (C)onscientiousness.

  • People with D personalities tend to be confident and place an emphasis on accomplishing bottom-line results.

  • People with i personalities tend to be more open and place an emphasis on relationships and influencing or persuading others.

  • People with S personalities tend to be dependable and place the emphasis on cooperation and sincerity.

  • People with C personalities tend to place the emphasis on quality, accuracy, expertise, and competency.

The Energy Leadership™ Index (ELI) assessment is to an attitudinal assessment tool that captures how you currently perceive and approach work and life. With the awareness and insights gained through the Energy Leadership Index debrief, you have the opportunity to reshape your attitudes, worldview andtransform who you are.”

The ELI assessment will help you look closely at where (and how) your thoughts are driving your behavior. Increased awareness will allow you to decide in the moment how you want to show up to get the results you want, with the confidence you need.

Implementing the knowledge you gain from this assessment is easy and practical. You will gain access to an app that will allow you to get situational feedback in the moment. Energy Leadership will help you lead by example, with power, purpose, and passion.

360 Assessment

360 degree feedback is a tool designed as a way for you to gather anonymous feedback from the people in which you work most closely. This allows you a unique perspective of what others see and experience when interacting with you.

Before the assessment, you will identify “raters” who will take the assessment in response to how they experience interacting with you. The feedback will be compiled and shared with you in a personalized debrief session. As a result of the feedback, you will create a development plan which will allow you to focus on your areas of biggest impact.
