Core Capital Development is a leadership coaching firm rooted in one belief: your people are your most valuable asset.
Founded by Robin Christian in 2019, we help leaders and organizations unlock performance through coaching, accountability, and intentional growth. After 25 years in corporate leadership roles across energy, healthcare, and refining sectors, Robin saw the need for a more human-centered approach to leadership development—one that builds capacity, not just compliance.
